Chateau Buckwheat malt adds a particular nutty and malty flavour to your beer. It also can bed used in speciality beers to render a rich and deep tone. This malt has no diastatic power. It is made from pseudo-cereal, broadleaf plants (no-grasses) that are used in the same way as cereals.
