LAMINEX® Super 3G contains β–glucanases and xylanases, making them an ideal filtration aid in beer through an enzyme complex hydrolysing beta-glucans and non-starch polysaccharides like arabinoxylans. It is produced by fermentation with selected strains of Trichodema reesei and Penicillum fniculosum.
