FreeKegs are designed with a replaceable inner bag that holds beverages and interfaces with a coupler for filling and dispensing. Using the FreeKeg Coupling Tool: Prepare the Keg: Ensure the FreeKeg shell has a fresh inner bag instaled and check the safety valve is operable. Depressurise: Attach coupler to engage the keg valve and release pressure, wait 5 minutes for full depressurisation. Connect compressed air source: Attach air supply to the coupler's CO2 outlet to pressurise the bag during filling - fill to a maximum of 1.5 bar. Value and Filling: Open the coupler's liquid valve fully, solwly relase the air vent from 50% to 10% and allow beverage to flow for 2 - 5 minutes. Top-up pressure may be applied if necessary. Test: Ensure the keyg maintains pressure at 1.5 bar for 24 hours, visually inspect the coupler seal and valve for leaks.
