CaraGold Crushed (25kg)

Very light Crystal malt from Crisp Maltings. Adds body, colour and mouthfeel, it is the lowest colour of the crystallised malts, yielding fruity, and toffee flavour notes that are carried through to the beer. This low malt colour produces a golden orange lager with increased body and fulness and a softer, rounder mouthfeel with improved drinkability. All the malts are milled in house for maximum freshness, and crushed directly into our bags so you get one hundred percent of the grain. Crisp continuously calibrate and adjust their mills to dial in the perfect proportion of kernel, flour, and husk for every malt in every bag we prepare.
