Unlike traditional hops, Tetra Hops are light-stable, meaning they prevent the development of "skunky" off-flavours when exposed to light. Key Characteristics: Alpha Acid: 8 - 10% Aroma & Flavour Profile: Provides smooth, clean bitterness without harshness. No significant aroma contribution, as it is mainly a bittering agent. Enhances foam stability in beer, improving head retention. Common Beer Styles: Lagers Pilsners Non-alcoholic beers Light-stable bottled beers (clear/glass bottles) Usage: Typically added during the post-fermentation stage to adjust bitterness. Used in commercial brewing for its foam-enhancing and light-stable properties.
