Sequestrant Additive (25kg)

Sequestrant additive is a clear colourless liquid made from approved sequestering agents for use with Antiformin or Caustic Solutions in areas of hard water. This will prevent the build up of scale in fermenting vessels and pipework, thus reducing the amount of descaling with acid cleaners. Sequestered Additive should be used at a rate of 0.2% v/v in the liquor prior to the addition of Antiformin or Caustic (at a rate of 1 ‚ 2%). This compliments the existing sequestering powers of Antiformin, enhancing its cleaning and scale removing properties and preventing mineral deposits from high carbonate water supplies.
