Based on methanesulfonic acid and medium chain fatty acids naturally present in beverages (e.g. milk, beer, cider etc.), P-free and N-free. It is a bactericidal, yeasticidal, has a very good detergency power against organic soiling (yeast deposits and beer residues) and mineral deposits (beerstone and water hardness scale). It is specially developed for cleaning tanks which contain CO2: does not react with CO2 so there is no risk of vacuum decompression through neutralisation. Traceable via conductivity. Very stable use solution and low losses, with a minimum of topping up the use solution is re-usable for long periods of time. It has good wetting properties assuring a complete coverage of the surface during cleaning and disinfection. It is non-foaming & easy to rinse, reduced water consumption for rinsing and reduced risk of product residues.
