Daraclar 1015 (18kg)

Daraclar 1015 is used for the selective adsorption of haze forming proteins from beer. Daraclar 1015 is added either together with the filter aid or by a separate dosing system to the beer during the filtration stage. The dosage used depends on the desired stability of the beer, in general from 4120 g/hl. Daraclar 1015 is recommended if a fast filtration speed is required. Daraclar 1015 complies completely with the German Beer Purity Law (Certificate of Compliance issued by Prof. L. Narzi of Weihenstephan). Daraclar1015 is free from beer damaging organisms.
